• Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
• Activity charges, like Rafting / Para glide /Snow ski/ Water Ski /etc , (until and unless mentioned in the inclusions)
• If Airline cancel its scheduled operation, we will not be responsible and package cost will be stands as per scheduled.

Payments Terms

• AMOUNT DEPOSIT POLICY
• Before 2 months advance Booking 10% of Total Package
• 60-45 Days : 25 % of Total Package
• 46-21 Days : 50 % of Total Package
• 20-11 Days: 75% of Total Package
• 10 Days : 100% of Total Package
• If failed to pay Balance amount, all itinerary shall be treated as cancelled and all advance payment will be forfeited without notice.

IMPORTANT ATTENTION

• Only Post Paid Mobile Connection Working in J&K Circle.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Our Team shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.
• Itinerary may change upon the arrival of clients.
• As per the Government directive, you are requested to produce your photo identity document such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Passport/Company ID Card etc at the point of check in at the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before 2 months Booking advance 10% of Total Package
• 60-45 Days more prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost
• 46-21 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
• 20-11 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost, Meal charges will be refunded only.
